Drafting

I do not think it matters which position a team drafts as long as the team hits on the pick. If a team wants to draft a running back in the first round, the running back better turn in to a star player. If a team wants to draft a wide receiver in the first round, the wide receiver better turn in to a star player. If a team wants to draft a quarterback in the first round, the quarterback better turn in to a star player.

You see, the position really does not matter as long as the player chose becomes a star. Related to this topic, all picks need to be good picks if a team is going to reach the goal of becoming a super bowl champion. Second, Third, and Fourth round picks are just as vital to a team as the first round pick. Tom Brady was famously a sixth round pick. Also, there have been many first round draft busts. So, I do not think it matters which position a team takes in which round. The key is to hit on as many draft picks as possible.
